Irei solicitar a minha certidão de nascimento ainda essa semana para dar entrada no meu processo. Poderia só me confirmar duas coisas?
1 - Minha avó é portuguesa e já fiz o processo de cidadania da minha mãe, possuindo a certidão de nascimento portuguesa dela. Tenho a transcrição de casamento dela, também, uma vez que quem me registrou foi meu pai e minha mãe trocou de nome ao casar. Nesse caso os documentos que devo enviar são:
Minha Certidão inteiro teor por cópia reprográfica + apostila de Haia + reconhecimento de firma do notário
Cópia autenticada do meu RG + apostila de Haia
Reconhecimento de firma do formulário 1C por autenticidade
Certidão de nascimento portuguesa da minha mãe (tenho pelo civil online)
Cópia da transcrição de casamento dos meus pais (recebi pelos correios, iria enviar uma cópia)
Está correto? Os documentos são esses?
2 - Como faço para enviar por DHL, que você indicou como sendo melhor que os correios? Desculpa a ignorância.

@Bruno Bertolini , se o seu avô português foi o declarante do nascimento do seu pai/mãe até que tenha completado 1 ano de idade, não precisa transcrever o casamento. No caso do @MatheusSSM , a avó era a portuguesa!

My application was submitted in Feb 2020, in person at Ponta Delgada and was then sent to Lisbon. It is in phase 4 for over two months. Also, When I submitted my application, I received my code within few weeks but the registration email was received in 09-2020.

The title of this topic is misleading (really bad), because it does not mention the type of process, nor the Conservatória the process is in.
Those are essential to determine how long the overall process takes, assuming there is no request for additional docs (aka exigência).
Assuming your process is art-1D (neto), and your process is in Conservatória dos Arquivos Centrais de Lisboa, and the bubble #4 is brown, it is doing a background check on the info you provided. It may take 30 days, or take 1 year. It is an external check, and depend on the Consulate at the countries you mentioned, plus the country of birth, plus all the countries you have citizenship.
Hopefully you informed all these, and presented documentation from all of them.
If you did not, it will probably have an "exigência" to complete the background check. For example, if you are born in BR, and lived all your life in US or UK, you still need to send the proof from BR & US (birth & citizenship). If you cannot have the PF & FBI docs, you still need to supply documents to prove without any gap, that you never lived in them.
That said, only you can know. Usually it takes 3-4 months. If there is an "exigência", the text under the bubbles won't change until it is ready with the documents required. Its citizenship thru marriage, been Married for 8 year and have two beautiful kids. Till now the ball is brown and no requirement requests has been received. Thank you for the reply. @gandalf Thank you Sir, We live in Germany, as for now everything non essential is put on hold here, My process has been on ball 4 for almost 3 months, got a very good job offer in the UK, accepted for July, hopefully till than something will come thru or will have to make a few changes.
A job offer is a reason you can use to request expedited (urgency) in the processing. All you need is an offer letter from the employer, justifying the need for the citizenship to assume the role. Then you do a letter (requerimento), asking for urgency, and presenting the offer letter as the basis for it.
It can be done any time, when you submit, but also when the process is in progress.
Before you ask, there is no sample form. You must be short and to the point, and at the same time, able to move the Conservador in favor of your case. And of course, document it with the offer letter by the HR of the company. I suggest you to translate and certify. After all, after Brexit things are no longer easily justifiable as they were before.
If they accept, the decision and registration can happen in less than one month. Write URGENTE all over an internal envelope, along with your name, the type and number of your process, Then put this envelope in the DHL, and write URGENT outside. Make a statement about your sense of urgency for the matter. I wish you good luck.

@gandalf Good Evening, today I received the conditional offer letter for the job, this job is only for EU candidates but does not specifically mention Portugal. I informed the company during my interview about the pending outcome of my Portuguese nationality application and they asked me to inform them in time about this. The job is to commence on 1-Aug-2021 . My question is , if this would be considered as an urgency, and if its too short on time for August outcome. My process is for spouse, submitted in Feb 2020, is on ball 4 Brown, verified and complete awaiting analysis . Thank you in advance for any input. Have a good day.
The job doesn't need to be located in Portugal. Can be in any other country member of EU. It would be better, but not exclusive. Please read this other post, and use Google Translator if you need. This is the text you shall be guided by, except it does not necessarily be in PT.
Atualizando o meu status: Dei entrada pela conservatório do Porto em 07/02/2021 e agora em 12/07/2021 consta como pedido aprovado, faltando apenas a criação dos documentos para chegar na etapa de Finalizado (Está no status Despacho):
'O seu pedido de nacionalidade foi aprovado e aguarda que seja criado um Registo de Cidadão Português.'
Ou seja, em 5 meses foi feita a cidadania, praticamente!
Pessoal, será que em Porto ainda continua mais rápido? Estou aguardando a transcrição de casamento dos meus pais chegar, para enviar o meu processo. O da minha mãe fiz por Tondela e demorou 6 meses!
E outra pergunta...será que em Agosto eles param de trabalhar, para as férias?
Hi, hope you all are well. I spoke to Lisbon about the status of my process ( Spouse with Children ) .. The nice lady told me that, SEF sent the reply asking Lisbon to check if I have submitted the Criminal record certificate from the other country I lived in. I had sent 2 criminal record certificates, which included the country of birth and the other country I lived in. The lady also told me that the she can see the Portuguese and Country of birth Criminal records certificates are ticked checked. My question is, could the certificate from the other country I lived in gone missing or lost? or if anyone else experienced this. Or If SEF doesn't see all the documents submitted and Lisbon has the certificate on their record.

12/07/2021 pedido foi aprovado, faltando apenas a criação dos documentos em Portugal

Processos não terminam no sábado. Pode até mudar o site no sábado, mas terminou em dia útil de 2ª a 6ª.
Não existe um link para o pagamento. Você manda os documentos requeridos, eles analisam. Se estiver tudo certo eles lhe mandam um e-mail com as instruções para o pagamento (boleto bancário em R$ se for no consulado, ou a referência bancária em € se for em Ponta Delgada).
Enviei para ACP os docs com o pedido mes passado, chegou la no dia 21, enviei um email pedindo a chave e no dia 30 me enviaram email com a chave de acesso. Estou acompanhando o andamento do processo, porem nao sai de recbido, ate agora nao foi registrado. Quanto tempo em media demora para sair de recebido para registrado?
@thaiaga se você recebeu a senha, o processo já foi registrado. Ele já passou da bolinha 1. Ele está na bolinha quando ela fica marrom, quando fica verde é que já terminou o que tinha para ser feito nela, entrando na fila da próxima bola. E só entra na bolinha 1uando fica marrom, por isso digo que está na fila da bolinha 2, considerando que a 1 já foi finalizada (verde) e a 2 ainda está branca.

1 - Sim, não precisa transcrever o casamento se a declaração foi feita pelo pai português até que ela tenha completado 1 ano de idade;
2 - Atualmente, Arquivo Central do Porto - os processos têm sido concluídos em uns 6 meses.

Mande seu processo para o Arquivo Central do Porto.

it's both, bubbles 3 & 4. You may pass phase-3, and still have the PF & FBI checks pending after the analysis.

@gandalf está certo, terminou no dia 06, sexta-feira. Ou seja, menos de 6 meses tecnicamente haha.
