Transcript of birth certificate based on my Father / Delayed birth registration
History - My Father originally from Diu, Daman and Goa (Erstwhile territory of Diu) have his birth registered in 1928, when he was born. He married in 1948 to my mother and this was also registered in Diu. He transcribed his birth in Lisbon in 1982 for which I have a Nascimento issued from Civil Online. On his Nascimento there is a mention that he was married to my mother in 1948.
About me - I am a dughter of the above born in 1960 in Pune, India but my birth was only registered in 2017 by a court order in India. Apart from that I have a school leaving certificate and Heirship certificate mentioning my Parents name.
Am I eligible to transcibe my birth in Lisbon. If yes, Can i directly proceed with my birth registration or first transcribe thier marriage (Nascimento of my father already have a comments saying he was married to my mother in 1948). Please guide
