Time to complete process

The documents for birth registration got received under article 1C for portugues citizensip in November 2023, and i receive a process number after a month,untill now the procrss is in fio recibido (first ball).
How long will it take to go to the next stage and complete the process?

The "balls" are not automatically updated. Over time, we've come to realize that it's not a reliable platform.
Anyway... for a 1C process, you can expect it to take between 12 and 18 months to complete.
