help me regarding transcription of marriage and registration of birth
Can anybody help me register my parents marriage and transcript my grandparents marriage in Portugal
And also register my mother's birth as she is born after 1961 (after Portuguese left Goa)
So she comes under article 1 , paragraph 1,sub paragraph c (under registration)
Crc Lisbon is takes 2 years for this birth process ,while Arquivo central porto takes 1-2 months.i want to know if I can directly send the documents from Goa via courier to porto registry whithout a lawyer or agent or third person physically visiting the registry .just door to door courier possible? For birth
And for marriage it's takes 9 months for transcription from Lisbon
Can it be done from Porto or lagos civil registry for marriage transcription if if as a goan I want to sent the documents from Goa directly?

Your situation is a bit more complicated. Citizenship for individuals born in former portuguese colonies have different procedures. I don't think there's anyone in this forum with experience in these cases.
If I understood it right, your mother was born in independent Goa to a portuguese father. Is your grandfather born in Goa too? If so, did he do the procedure to retain the portuguese citizenship after the independence?
